Our After-School Training Program provides students with a fun, structured, and active environment where they can build strength, confidence, and discipline through Ninja training, Gymnastics, and Cheer. 

Program Components:

*Ninja Training:

Students develop agility, balance, coordination, and problem-solving skills through obstacle courses, climbing, jumping, and strength-based challenges. Activities are age-appropriate and focus on perserverance, focus, and teamwork.

*Gymnastics:

Gymnastics instruction emphasizes flexibility, balance, body control, and foundational skills such as rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and basic tumbling. Students progress at their own pace while building confidence and physical literacy.

*Cheer:

Cheer training introduces motions, jumps, basic stunts, and beginner tumbling while promoting teamwork, leadership, and school spirit. Students learn coordination, rhythm, and performance skills in a postive, encouraging setting.

Prices:

$45 for the week 

$15 per day
